Smaller Portions and Restriction

LOVE MY BAND!!!

I can barely eat the size of a half sandwich without needing to stop. It's incredible!!

I have noticed though that the satisfied/fullness feeling doesn't last as long as I'd like w/ the smaller portions. If I actually stop when I'm satisfied, I'll stay satisfied for about 3 hours. If I eat a little bit more, not to full/stuffed, just a little more than satisfied, it'll last closer to 6 hours. Not being able to have snacks at work makes it difficult to decide when to stop eating. I hate getting to the point of super-want to eat a hippo-hunger. If it gets that bad, I usually don't make healthy choices.

So close to green! Next summer is sooo far away!! ;)
