No Gain =)

So excited!!! I lost .3lbs! LOL nothing to brag about, I know. But it's better than gaining!!

Met with the nutritionist. We discussed how I should fill my meals. It's been difficult to get the right foods with my new schedule, but we talked about that too. She gave me some quick-meal options (like Gordon's frozen fish fillets) and reaffirmed how important it is to only have 3 meals a day. I asked her about not getting enough nutrients, and she said to only have a HEALTHY snack if I'm actually hungry. So I asked about protein quantity b/c I was told to snack to get all my protein in. She said to count my grams of protein - 40g is minimum. If I'm only getting 30-35g, then that is the only time to supplement with a high protein snack if I'm not hungry. Protein shakes are good b/c typically the liquid doesn't cause fullness.

My fill today was .8cc. Giving me 6.5cc in a 10cc band. A lot of people find their green zone around 6.5. As long as I'm less hungry than the last 3+ weeks, I'll be happy!
