... Almost =)
Last night, I decided it was time to step up the exercise. And I knew the only way to have time to do that was to get up at 6am. Most people think 6am isn't that early - but when you're accustomed to 8a-12/1a days, 6am comes pretty dang early!
Well, I did it! Chloe (my pug) and I walked a mile in 20min. I enjoyed it like crazy! It wasn't hot or humid. There was a beautiful fog that made my photographer-brain super happy. And some great music came on my playlist - I didn't have to skip a single song!
Chloe on the other hand... she was such a trooper. It wasn't hot enough for her to have trouble breathing, but her poor little bitty legs had such a hard time keeping up! She's going to sleep really good today!
After the 20min walk, I did 4min abs (picked a 4min song and did crunches, etc until it ended), and did some dance-aerobics w/ one of my workout dvds. Didn't make it the full hour I was hoping, but it's a great start!
Tomorrow will be interesting - do all of this again on my own, then go to aerobics class!

Great job on the walk. I am loving this cooler weather, makes it so much nicer to take the puppies out. although one of mine decided she had enough and refused to go further. I had to pull her along for a little bit. I considered it an upper body workout.
Haha! i love that! I did carry chloe a couple times to let her little legs rest.
