New Healthy Habits


Last night, we went grocery shopping. It was so cool for both of us to be looking at labels and choosing vegetables and NOT even walking down the chip/cookie aisles!

I have to have minimum 40g of protein a day, 60g is better. And really, that's what everyone should have. I've struggled with it b/c I'm not a big fish-eater, steak gets stuck, and I am so sick of chicken! My sweet husband jumped on the bandwagon full throttle with me yesterday. He picked some meats that I can have and has already started marinating some to cook over the weekend =)

This morning, I've already packed our lunches - baby carrots, grapes, an apple for me, and a sandwich for him. The crockpot is out and ready for my honey to make some yummy stew!

Time for aerobics!
