So at my appointment thismorning, I did not get a fill, even tough the nurse agreed I am not in the green zone. This is one of the reasons I LOVE True Results. They want to help you reach our goals but not at the expense of your health.
My nurse told me I'm doing awesome with my portion sizes BUT I'm only getting about 1/2 of my daily protein and we need to ADJUST what I'm eating before we can adjust my band.
The good news... I've lost another 8lbs! Bringing the total to 34!! AND I did my measurements. I've lost 18.5inches (overall) since surgery! Feeling pretty awesome!!
