I had 1/2c frosted mini wheats for breakfast and 1/2c shrimp alfredo (only about 5 noodles) for dinner, no lunch, and am not hungry! =)
I also swam laps today. I was going everyday, but skipped yesterday. It felt good to have less than 1200cal and workout in the same day =)
One week til my next weigh-in!!

Yay for no hunger!! Mine is back full force. I am keeping at bay as much as possible by drinking tons of water.
