To tell or not to tell

I've talked to a lot of other bandsters about who they'd chosen to tell about their procedure. As most of you know, you didn't find out about mine until a couple of days before my surgery.

I wasn't open about it sooner b/c I wanted to make sure others' opinions, postive or negative, didn't sway my decision. It's about me, and Evan, and what God ultimately has planned for our lives.

For me, it's not a secret. But I don't want to talk about it all the time either - hence the blog =) So if you share for prayer or to encourage others, I ask that you don't shout it from a mountaintop. Especially the first few weeks and months while we're adjusting to the new lifestyle.
