Working Again

My band works best when I don't eat breakfast. Well, with baby, I don't need to be skipping breakfast. Shame on me, I didn't eat breakfast the last 2 days. No tightness. No morning sickness. And didn't get hungry until after 1pm. So... how do I make the band work without essentially starving my baby?

Have you tried just a protein shake in the morning?

I'm considering it. I did that before I found out I was pregnant. I don't know why I stopped. /sigh
