Well, I did it. I started my training.
And so far, I've also conquered my hill 3 times. The first being at sunrise!
And I'm doing pretty good on my food. Although I haven't eaten enough, my protein is up while carbs and calories are on the low end.
Now, to nap so I can survive the remaining 10 hours of my day. But I'm excited about the energy my workout gave me!!!
