Motorcycle road trips are awesome!! My butt hurts and it's only day 1 of 7, but totally worth it! Hot Springs, AR tonight. Headed through the Ozarks to St Louis, MO in the morning =)
Getting read for bed, I had a bit of the munchies. Didn't eat a lot today and definitely didn't have enouh protein, so I had about a handful of mixed nuts. Apparently, I didn't chew well enough or even swallowed some whole b/c OUCH!!!! Quickly went outside to walk I off. That's my 2nd bad stuck episode (that was more than just air). It hurts. Bring on the air pockets any time. Stuck food feels like a freaking heart attack , just lower of course.
All better now. Time to rest so we can hit the road rfreshed tomorrow.

I love motorcycle trips, but I've never tried one that long.
Good luck with your new lap-band adventure as well. I was sleeved almost a year ago (3 more days until my anniversary).
